1. Acceptance of Terms
One Clearwater Construction (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy of individuals who interact with our SMS messaging services. 2. Services

3. Customer Responsibilities Customers agree to: -

- Pay all agreed-upon fees in a timely manner
4. Payment Terms
- Payment schedules and methods will be outlined in individual project contracts
- Late payments may incur additional fees
- We reserve the right to suspend work on projects with outstanding balances
5. Cancellation and Refunds
Our cancellation and refund policy will be detailed in individual project contracts. Generally: all work follows AIA documents & Florida Building Code with respect to statutes outlining such provisions.
6. Warranties and Limitations
- We provide warranties on our work as specified in individual project contracts
- We are not responsible for damages resulting from customer negligence or unauthorized modifications
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to our designs, plans, and methodologies remains the property of One Clearwater Construction unless otherwise specified in writing.
8. Privacy and Communications
- We collect and use personal information as outlined in our Privacy Policy
- By agreeing to these terms, you consent to receive communications from us, including promotional
messages via our 10 DLC number - You can opt-out of promotional communications at any time by following the instructions in our Privacy
